Warehouse Manager (West)

About the role

As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the company's warehouse located in the Tai Seng North-East Region. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including deliveries, receiving, storing and organizing efficiently and accurately.

What you'll be doing

Supervise warehouse team and daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Plan manpower deployment and oversee timely logistics order processing.

Implement and improve warehouse procedures, including handling, storage, and labeling.

Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and delivery timelines.

Train staff and enforce safety standards and SOP compliance.

Support delivery operations when the driver is on leave.

What we're looking for

Excellent knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics operations

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Proficient in data analysis and reporting to track and optimize warehouse performance

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and improve processes

Proficient in using warehouse management software and other relevant technologies
