Identify changes in regulations which may impact Global Markets'pliance policies and procedures

Identify potential risks and proposepliance controls to manage and mitigate risks to provide advisory and support to global market business.

Ensure proper documentation and updating ofpliance policies and procedures and provide training on new regulations and policies

First point of contact for internal, external auditors and regulators.

Reporting to HO on status of marketpliance initiatives

Implementation of Head Office rules and controls

Review AGMD departments' activities to identify methods to improve regulatorypliance and propose rmendations

Job Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree

For Associate level : Minimum 3 years of working experience in marketpliance

For Vice President level : Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketpliance

Minimum 5 years of experience working in the financial sector

Strong understanding of market dynamics and global financial markets

Possesses solid knowledge of market trends and developments, with experience in global financial markets

Strong knowledge in both local and international / extra-territorial regulations

Ability to manage stakeholders and provide advisory to support departments in Global Markets

Familiar with Global Markets products and services

Strongmunication skills with ability to influence others and embed frameworks, processes, and rmendations.

Proficient with Microsoft 365.
