Your new role

We are seeking a visionary and experienced VP / Senior Director of AI and Computer Vision.

Strategic Leadership :

Formulate and execute a comprehensive R&D strategy aligned with the company’s goals and vision, focus on AI, camera and computer vision .

Team Management :

Lead and mentor a team of talented researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Research and Development :

Identify and explore new research avenues in computer vision and AI to solve complex business challenges.

Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate research findings into scalable solutions and prototypes.

Partnerships :

Establish and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to enhance research capabilities.

What you need

Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

8-10+ years of experience in AI research and development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects, building visions and cameras for predictions.

Expertise in machine learning algorithms, frameworks, and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV.

Strong publication record in reputable conferences and journals.

Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with experience managing diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments, particularly in large-scale systems.

Familiarity with emerging AI technologies, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and explainable AI.

Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages.

Ability to work fluently in English (spoken and written).
