1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Training, HR or related fields;
2. At least 5 years’ experience in designing and delivering multiple training sessions in a corporate setting;
3. Familiar with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
4. Ability to present complex information to a variety of audience;
5. Self-starter with a strong ability to interact positively with internal and external stakeholders;
6. Positive and optimistic outlook;
7. Highly effective with verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin is a must due to regional coverage;
8. ACTA or DACE certified.
1. Collaborate with department managers and top management to identify company training needs and priorities;
2. Conduct curriculum development and search for external training programs that are aligned with the business needs;
3. Develop, implement, and maintain training course structure and materials, assess attainment for learner outcomes and performances;
4. Suggest improvements and continuously research the best training practices and new discoveries in the field;
5. Effective communication skills in articulating and discussing ideas and persuading others to achieve common outcomes;
6. Demonstrate abilities in interpreting data to uncover patterns and trends between various sources of data;
7. Use interactive collaborative tools to foster cohesion and commitment among virtual team members to achieve goals;
8. Able to deal with risks and uncertainties with ease, learn and improve under uncertain and difficult circumstances;
9. Adapt to changing workloads, processes, or work priorities.
