Position Overview :
We are a leading Chinese company in the Food & Beverage industry seeking a seasoned Marketing & Communications Manager to lead our brand strategy and communication efforts. This role is critical in enhancing brand visibility, engaging diverse audiences, and supporting the company's growth both locally and internationally. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution across traditional and digital marketing platforms.
Responsibilities :
Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing and communication plans that align with corporate objectives, focusing on brand growth, customer acquisition, and market penetration in both local and international markets.
Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms. Develop brand guidelines and oversee their implementation across packaging, digital assets, and customer-facing materials.
Lead the creation of engaging content for various channels, including social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and marketing collateral. Supervise designers, copywriters, and creative agencies to ensure high-quality output.
Oversee digital marketing campaigns including SEO / SEM, email marketing, paid social media, and influencer collaborations. Manage official social media accounts (WeChat, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and drive engagement through targeted content.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry journalists, and influencers. Prepare press releases, media kits, and talking points for public appearances, ensuring a favorable public image.
Act as the communication bridge between departments and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all business units and partners.
Conduct market trend analysis, consumer behavior research, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Plan and coordinate promotional events, product launches, trade shows, and sponsorships to elevate brand presence and foster community engagement.
Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM dashboards) to track KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance. Provide actionable insights and regular reports to senior leadership.
Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Negotiate and coordinate with vendors, creative agencies, and media partners to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
