Logistics Officer – Contract Logistics / SCM Operations(1-Year Contract)

Location : Greenwich Drive

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 45 PM

Company Transport Provided : Benoi, Yishun, Punggol, Sengkang, Ang Mo Kio, Woodlands, Jurong East, Tampines, Bedok

Key Responsibilities

Ensure strict compliance with internal operating procedures and safety protocols.

Liaise with customers and transporters daily to coordinate orders and ensure smooth delivery / collection of shipments.

Manage timely and accurate reporting of operational data to the Operations Executive.

Support inventory accuracy through effective cycle count administration.

Handle all inbound and outbound shipment processes, including returns and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Verify and submit all relevant shipment documentation promptly.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational enhancements.

Identify and report any receiving discrepancies or non-conformances.

Act as backup for the Operations Executive in their absence, managing operational tasks as needed.
