Responsibilities
1. Provide support to the management of Risk and Controlernance Forums
- Manage riskernance and oversight through risk forums; ensure effectiveness through defining agenda by engaging key cross functional / locational stakeholders
- Enable / facilitate key risk decisions / approval process on key risk areas.
2. Identify key risks and assess key risks focus areas
Analyse risk profile of Operations units which involves reviewing risk metrics, risk events, audit results etc with the aim to identify recurring risk themes / risk concernsPerform risk reviews and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to identify initiatives on mitigation plans.3. Lead, d esign and drive establishment of risk landscapes / dashboards / metrics into risk control tower
Design and drive establishment of risk metrics across Operations units to enable review of key risk profiles and positions through automation and data visualisation.Enhance metrics reporting through data visualisation techniques.4. Lead or participate in Operational Risk Management Initiatives / Projects
Lead or participate in initiatives / projects contributing to improvements in risk and control and quality involving multiple stakeholders.Requirements :
Minimum 6 years of experience in an Operations or Operational risk management role, preferably in a banking or financial institution.Ability to manage, influence andmunicate effectively with different stakeholdersAbility to adapt quickly in a dynamic and fast changing environment and and keep pace with rapid changes in businessStrong analytical skills to review and analyse data, savvy with usage of data visualisation tools eg Qlikview or TableauHighly proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel and PowerpointJob ID WD73843
