Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead our data science initiatives and manage a high-performing team. This role combines deep technical expertise with people leadership to drive data-driven decision-making and solve complex business challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about applying advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to deliver impactful insights while mentoring and developing talent within the team.

What you will be doing :

• Data Collection and Management : Gather and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring its quality and reliability through cleaning and validation processes.
• Data Analysis : Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and machine learning techniques to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that inform business strategies.
• Model Development : Design, implement, and refine predictive models and algorithms to address specific business challenges and improve decision-making processes.
• Visualization and Reporting : Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders, presenting complex data in an understandable manner.
• Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business analysts, to integrate data-driven solutions into existing workflows.
• Performance Monitoring : Monitor the performance of models post-deployment, conducting regular evaluations and adjustments as necessary to maintain accuracy.
• Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and industry trends to apply innovative techniques in projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Set performance goals, conduct regular check-ins, and support the professional growth and development of team members.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices to ensure high standards in analytical work and model development.
