As a Hardware Engineer Intern, you will support verification, documentation, and development of charging, battery, and low-power management solutions for hearing aid accessories. Tasks include product teardowns, benchmarking, MCU programming, PCBA rework, and assisting firmware integration. You'll also help maintain documentation for medical-grade devices.
What you will do
- Develop and apply new solutions in charging technology, battery and low power management architecture for hearing aid accessories (i.e. chargers, transmitters, remote controls etc)
- Perform product teardowns and benchmarking
- Support and work with firmware engineer to understand the hardware / firmware integration
- Work hands-on with microcontroller (MCU) programming, perform PCBA rework, and carry out soldering tasks to support hardware development and prototyping
- Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation in compliance with medical-grade product standards.
What you bring
Undergraduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Computer EngineeringStrong interest and knowledge in electronic product design, development, and testingProficient in using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes (DSO) and spectrum analyzers (SA)Hands-on experience in battery charging, low power management, wireless power (e.g. Qi), and TWS applicationsEffective communicator and team player in collaborative work environmentsAvailability to commit for at least six months.
