Key Responsibilities :
Shipment Coordination : Assist in scheduling and tracking shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods.Inventory Management : Monitor and update stock levels, process incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintain accurate records.Order Processing : Handle purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies.Supplier & Carrier Liaison : Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and freight carriers to resolve delays or issues.Warehouse Support : Assist in organizing storage, checking product quality, and implementing proper handling procedures.Data Entry & Reporting : Maintain logistics databases, generate reports, and provide insights for operational improvements.Compliance & Safety : Ensure all logistics activities adhere to safety standards, company policies, and government regulations.Customer Support : Address logistics-related inquiries, resolve delivery discrepancies, and provide tracking updates.The Profile
You have at least 2 years experience within a Customer Service or Transportation / Logistics role, ideally within the Ecommerce / Marketplaces and Transport & Logistics industry.You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardYou possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataYou are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilienceMUST be fluent in MANDARIN and ENGLISHWilling to work night shift and weekendsProficient in MS EXCELThe Employer
