IT Recruitment Screening of IT positions’ CVs and updating of recruitment statistics for reporting Liaise with hiring managers on their short-listing Liaise with recruitment agencies for recruitment needs Arrange & administering interviews & interview tests (no need to conduct interviews) Tracking of recruitment status Collection of data for Jobs Bank requirements Propose recruitment strategies or streamlining of recruitment processes as deemed fitting Internship Recruitment (as and when required) Request for Job Description from hiring managers & submit requests to schools. Liaise with hiring managers on their short-listing Arrange interviews Tracking of recruitment status Onboarding preparation, familiarization etc. Propose improvements for internship recruitment processes as deemed fitting Test and find out the feasibility of any HR processes that may be implemented. Ad-Hoc HR-related duties (if any).
Requirements
Minimum a diploma, preferably in HR else with at least a year of HR work experience.
Able to manage confidential data professionally and discreetly
Some basic Microsoft Office knowledge (e.g. excel formula) is preferred
