The Marketing Director is responsible for planning, developing, and executing the company’s marketing strategies to support business growth, increase market share, and enhance brand awareness. This leadership role oversees the marketing team, manages budgets, and ensures alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
- Oversee digital marketing, advertising campaigns, events, PR, and branding efforts.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, setting performance goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to align strategies.
- Analyze marketing performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure optimal ROI.
Requirement :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related discipline.At least 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, product development, preferably related sectors.Innovative, with a passion for emerging digital trends and a strategic, forward-thinking mindset.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and branding.Excellent communication, leadership, project management and organizational skills.Experience working in international or multicultural environments is preferred.Tell employers what skills you have
