Job description

Responsibilities :

To setup, commission machines at customer premises
To train on operation, functions, programming and maintenance of machines purchased by customer
Attend to any emergency service calls from customers for any service repair on the machines at customer's factory and through phone call
To liaise with suppliers on non-standard issue and requirements
To support in service to branch offices / head office when need arises

Requirements :

Degree / Diploma in Electronic or Electrical Engineering

Minimum 3 years of service experience in SMT / SEMICON / FA

Able to work in fast paced environment

Possess own vehicle and valid driving license
