• Managing Schedules and Absences : Creating work schedules, reallocating tasks to cover for absences, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
• Maintaining Equipment and Supplies : Ensuring that cleaning equipment is properly maintained and that necessary cleaning supplies are available.
• Managing Inventory : Keeping track of cleaning supplies and reordering as needed.
