Presales Consultant & Deployment Project Manager (Resilience Solutions – Abu Dhabi, 1-Year Assignment)

Location :

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (12-month overseas posting)

Home Base : Singapore (open to Singapore Citizens / PRs only)

Role Summary :

We are looking for a versatile and motivated Presales Consultant & Deployment Project Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi for one year , supporting regional customers in sustainability, water quality, and operational resilience . This role blends solution consulting , project delivery , and customer enablement for both physical (IoT) and digital resilience platforms.

You will lead technical engagements and deployments across key infrastructure sectors such as water utilities, industrial zones, and smart cities—delivering impact and building strong regional customer relationships.

This position is part of Singapore’s Overseas Markets Immersion Programme (OMIP) , and compensation will follow OMIP guidelines.

Subject to strong performance , this role offers the opportunity to :

Extend the placement in Abu Dhabi,
Relocate to another strategic geography where Aprisium operates (e.g., Europe, ASEAN), or
Rejoin the Singapore HQ in a larger role.

Final decision based on mutual interest and business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Presales and Solution Consulting

Engage enterprise and government customers to understand technical needs in resilience , sustainability , and infrastructure monitoring .

Develop and present tailored solution designs and technical value propositions.

Support proposal development, demos, and proof-of-concept projects for physical and digital platforms.

Position the value of real-time monitoring and rapid incident response capabilities for resilient infrastructure and business continuity.

Deployment and Project Management

Lead project planning, stakeholder coordination, and deployment execution at customer sites.

Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality implementation.

Conduct system commissioning, user training, and documentation for go-live readiness.

Ensure smooth customer onboarding, issue resolution, and early success tracking.

Requirements : Must-Have

Singapore citizen or PR (OMIP-eligible).

Degree in Engineering (Environmental, Mechatronics, Electronics, or IT-related field).

3–6 years of experience in technical presales, deployment engineering, or solution delivery.

Working knowledge of IoT systems , industrial automation , or digital resilience platforms .

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Willing and able to be stationed in Abu Dhabi for 12 months.

Preferred

Prior experience in Middle East projects or smart city initiatives.

Familiarity with SCADA, cloud-integrated monitoring, or incident response systems.

PMP or equivalent certification.
