Job descriptionProfessional Certificate, NITEC, or NTC in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in facility or building maintainance or other relevant fields. Available to work on weekends, public holidays, shifts, staggered hours, and overtime. Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate work with contractors and service providers to ensure service quality and timely delivery.
- Oversee premises security and safety, including assisting security officers with guest and vehicular traffic management when required.
- Maintain and upkeep the premises, including day-to-day servicing, troubleshooting, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out in compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and executing building maintenance programmes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues promptly to minimise disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety and workplace safety regulations.
- Execute maintenance requests from all departments.
- Source contractors and obtain quotations for required works.
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
