Provide excellent customer service, liaise with clients through e-mail and phone.
Using SAP system to key in Sales Order, purchasing order, invoicing
Follow up and to monitor delivery of outstanding customers' orders and provide customer support for shipments
Responsible for daily order processing, purchasing, invoicing
Prepare Shipping documentation (Import / LC / documentation / Bill of Lading / AWB)
To co-ordinate with factory team for production progress and export / import shipment preparation
Send all necessary information and documentation to clients / agents / sea companies / forwarders accurately and on a timely basis
Oversee Customer Service team

Requirements
Minimum GCE N or O level / Diploma in any discipline
Responsible, positive attitude, be able to work independently and as a team leader
Basic computer literacy and good knowledge in Microsoft office.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word etc.
Experience in customer service or logistic / supply chain / shipping industry .
To handle queries and concerns from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts in regards with the documents related matter and to liaise with peer base in Taiwan and China
