We are recruiting for the role of Project / Site Engineer for one of our client in the construction company

Location : Lavender Street

Salary Range : $4,500 - $6,500 per month

Experience Level : Minimum 3 years

About the Role :

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading A1 main contractor known for delivering major HDB and private sector projects across Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Project or Site Engineer to join a dynamic team and contribute to high-profile construction projects.

Job Description

Develop, manage, and update project plans, schedules, and progress reports to ensure timely completion

Oversee daily site operations and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams

Work closely with the BIM team to ensure models and drawings reflect the latest project information

Prepare and submit as-built documentation, BIM models, and O&M manuals

Supervise civil and structural activities on-site, ensuring compliance with approved designs and standards

Review technical and architectural documents before submission to regulatory authorities

Participate in site walk-downs and assist in resolving technical or operational issues through to project handover

Liaise effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Carry out additional tasks as required to support project success

Requirements :

At least 2 years of hands-on experience with HDB projects

Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline (approved by PEB, BOA, or SISV)

Solid understanding of construction design, methods, and scheduling practices

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM is a plus

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Self-driven, organized, and able to work well under pressure

Holding a valid CONQUAS Supervisor Certificate is an added advantage.
