Job description

Nearest MRT : Toa Payoh

Contract Duration : 8-9 months

Working Hours : 8.30am - 6pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)

Basic Salary : $18.50 per hour (About $3,100 per month)

Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist to triage 9 mailboxes and respond to enquiries
  • Prepare for the onboarding of PBs' mailboxes to the new GatherSG-Feedback Management System.
  • Organising briefing / training sessions and performing User Acceptance Testing.
  • Assist in the organisation of Pledge Ceremonies, including the following :
  • Respond to email enquiries relating to Pledge ceremonies

o Carry out administrative and logistics preparation for the events

o Assist officers to source for vendors

o Prepare individual Pledge Certificates for registrants who attended the Pledge Ceremony

o Update pledge attendance in each registrant's PRS record after event

o Prepare documents for the procurement of events management and design services.

  • Proofreading of articles, write-ups and simple design of publications and eDMs
  • Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

    • Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or any other relevant disciplines.
  • Relevant experience in handling feedback enquiries, events and communications projects, content creation / development
  • Only Singaporeans
