Bar Manager

Looking for highly skilled bar managers with great personality to interact and interface with customers. Requirements are as follows :

• Previous / Current role as Bar Manager
• Managing a team of staff and being a mentor to them
• Thorough beverage knowledge to be able to conduct trainings in venue
• Creativity to be able to curate interesting and progressive cocktail program
• Good knowledge in Sake
• Ordering experience to hit financial goals and targets on the Cost of Goods side
• Sales experience to hit financial goals and targets on the Beverage Revenue side
• Inventory management and weekly control of stock
• Highly Personable in interactions and engagement with customers
• Team player willing to go above and beyond
• Fun and lively
• Able to exemplify the image and vibe of the restaurant / bar
