You will be a part of HPB’s School Health Outreach – Youth Engagement and Insights department which aims to advance health promotion efforts by engaging Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) and youth organisations to help the youth adopt positive health habits.
You will assist in the new “health promotion life skills” (HPLS) initiative which encompasses a landscape scan and needs analysis, series of youth volunteer and engagement programmes, youth challenges for IHLs, Youth Resource Panel and IHL activations' data, feedback, story bank management and analysis (e.g. interviews for updating member database, systematically collate and profile human interest stories, printing certificates, systems testing).
Key Responsibilities
Research and Analysis :
Contribute to HPLS landscape scan and needs analyses preparations and report / s
Build system to store youth insights for future reference
Database and Systems Management :
Build, enhance and maintain youth insights and engagement database and tracking system (e.g. data from youth challenge insights, research studies, partner insights, stories, Youth Resource Panel) including maintenance processes
Story collection and Storytelling :
Build human interest stories (20) database and case studies (5) including story collection process to be incorporated within Health Promotion Life skills over time.
Event Planning and Coordination :
Support activations / challenges in the institutes of Higher Learning, in support of the Proof of Concepts / Pilots associated with HPLS.

Experience
1 year or more in youth engagement, research, or programme management
Track record of successful project delivery
Experience with data analysis and visualisation
