be the Senior People Business Partner, you will lead HR delivery end to end and act as a trusted advisor to senior management teams and employees to embed the people priorities. You will also provide HR advice in collaboration with our wider Global HR team to support the creation, launch, and execution of all People initiatives.
You will be responsible for…
- Providing strategic HR business partnership and coaching to people managers to impact the engagement, development, and retention of talents
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle including discussions on workforce planning, assist the business to draft role profiles and work with external agencies and the Group Talent Acquisition team
- Utilizing data to derive insights on people trends to recommend, implement, and manage projects and program
- Identifying organizational gaps, and deploying impactful people strategies that enable the tech teams to perform effectively, and scale efficiently
- In partnership with the Group People team, support the creation, launch, and execution of all People initiatives such as performance reviews, succession planning, and organizational design, etc.
- Providing counsel and guidance on complex employee relations situations
- Partnering across People teams such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation, DEI, among others to support and deploy programs throughout the organization
- Influencing and advising internal stakeholders on talent and employment situations
- Being the point of contact for People Matters and responsible for the full employment lifecycle
- Supporting any adhoc People-related projects as needed

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience working in dynamic environments, with at least 5 years in a Business Partner role with ability and readiness to be hands-on. Preferably within Tech / Insurance industryStrong understanding of HR practices, local labour / employment law, and organizational developmentStrategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into talent solutionsExcellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in a multinational company.Experience with projects and change management is preferredProficient in Microsoft suite (e.g., Power Point, Excel, Word, MS Project)Seniority level
