Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. You will play a key role in ensuring timely order processing and invoicing, and providing excellent support to both internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders and invoices accurately and follow through until delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. Supply Chain, 3PL, finance) to ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and product listings.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.
  • Work closely with supply chain to prevent OOS (Out-of-Stock) situations.
  • Liaise with Supply Chain department and Sales Team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • ITE or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support or coordination, preferably in FMCG.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience in Netsuite systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Good command of English and able to converse in Mandarin so to communicate with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Able to adapt quickly in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
