Communicate with operation managers, customer supports, business owners and stakeholders to gather operation data on monthly basis
Data analysis, data-base creation and management, for easy trace of all operation data and report generation.
Actively coordinate within team, cross-function team within company and 3rdparty suppliers for data preparation.
Familiar with operation procedure and identify and implement process improvements
Plan and scheduling the training for members within the department.
Draft and keep training materials up-to-date.
Support the maintaining and updating of product information on website.
Keeping records of customer interactions, comments and complaints.
Ad-hoc task as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements :
Good excel, powerpoint or other software, Power BI and data analysis skills so as to help out in group report and presentation slides is a must; Python SQL, ML Tableau is a prefer.
Clear mind and good writing and present skills so as to create data base and display the data in a neat and tidy way, also provide suggestions based on the data analysis result
Take initiative, work independently, enjoy working in a challenging environment and make a difference.
Degree in data analyst / Banking / Finance / Accounting or equivalent qualifications.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work in data analysis. Relevant experience from the financial, forex or fintech industry will be an advantage.
Strong self-discipline with initiative and learning spirit with positive attitude, team work and responsibility, self-learning and problem solving.
Bilingual languages in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with global colleagues.
