Job Description :
Admin Executive handles general office tasks and administrative duties, such as organizing schedules, entering data, maintaining office equipment, and so on.
Job scope and required below skills :
- Computer-literate, proficient in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Have knowledge of browsing through websites, platforms / portals.
- Time-management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Documents such as DO, PO, Invoices and e-filing.
- Downloading pitches / tenders / leads, prepare and compilation of documents for submission.
- Coordinating, monitoring existing projects and assigning new projects for internal departments.
- Attitude for learning new software, systems, and online platforms.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Provide general administrative support to related internal departments.
- Data entry and record keeping.
- Liaise with vendors and clients.
- Ad-hoc / Miscellaneous tasks assigned.
- Candidates with experience in managing leads and preparing tender submissions will be at an advantage.
