We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience in the field of Human Resources. The HR Intern will assist with a variety of tasks including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration etc.
Responsibilities
Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews with the hiring managers and candidates when required.
Assist in conducting new employee orientations.
Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
Help address employee inquiries and provide necessary support as required.
Participate in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.
Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects – i.e., MOM / MAS surveys, etc.
Assist in developing training materials and resources when needed
