Communicate & Negotiate with consultants, client, main-con on contractual matters.
Arrange manpower to sites.
Report to Management regards to work site progress.
Check through all relevant documents submission before claim dates.
Assistant Project General Managaer for all the site matters, also by helping tender peojects, best to have client base, and albe to get more projects
Building Construction and able to also read drawing and see the contract for site and projects, and have experiece and good knowledge for the construction matters.
Job Requirements :
Min 5-10 years relevant working experience.
Excellent leadership, management and good communication skills with site engineers, coordinator and colleagues.
Able to take on various challenging jobs assigned.
Proficiency with MS Office.
Independent, Responsible and Positive Working Attidute.
