This role is responsible for driving on-time customer renewals, reviewing licensing / entitlements, sharing IBR reports to customers and providing support for customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive on-time maintenance renewals for existing accounts
  • Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating as needed to appropriate teams
  • Maintain regular, proactive communication during sales cycles with customers to ensure accurate forecasting & satisfaction
  • Accurately quote services and provide supporting documentation.
  • Update all account / opportunity activities in Salesforce
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and lead customer meetings
  • Navigate customer organizational structures to engage key stakeholders
  • Effectively manage workload and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in inside sales, account management / renewals, with a track record of success
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and corporate hierarchies
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders
  • Proficient in sales tracking systems and tools, including Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Work cooperatively with others within the organization and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Work well in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
  • Has predictable, reliable attendance.
