An exciting General Manager, SEAP of an automotive aftermarket manufacturer has just become available at one of the most reputable international companies. This is a role for someone who has strong commercial and operational experience.

About the General Manager, SEAP :

In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, business development and operational executive of the Southeast Pacific (SEAP) region. This role demands a leader to optimize profitability and growing the market share.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive sales activities and operational efficiency across different markets in the region
Develop and execute a 3 to 5 years regional plan and strategy that is aligned with APAC regional & global objectives
Drive revenue growth and profitability through market penetration, product innovation, and operational efficiency
Identify opportunities and expand the manufacturing plant
Oversee regional P&L, budgets and forecasting
Build, mentor, and retain a multicultural leadership team

To succeed in the General Manager, SEAP role, you will need experience in the automotive aftermarket with strong leadership and regional experience in SEA.

Key Requirements :

Minimum 12 years in leadership roles and relevant work experience in the automotive sector

Master / Bachelor’s degree in business management or related engineering discipline

Experience working in relevant automotive aftermarket sector will be preferred

Commercially focused with a problem-solving mindset

Financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis)

Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders at different professional level

Strong analytical capabilities and strong interpersonal skills
