Field Service Engineer (Marine Navigation & Control Systems)

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Service Engineer to join a leading global marine technology company supporting customers across Southeast Asia and beyond. This role plays a critical part in delivering technical excellence and outstanding customer support for advanced navigation and propulsion control systems used on commercial vessels.

You’ll be part of a dedicated technical support team that provides remote troubleshooting , on-site commissioning , and backend support to ensure optimal performance and reliability of shipboard systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide commissioning, service, and technical support for integrated marine navigation and control systems across the SEA region.
• Perform workshop testing, technical evaluations, and system configurations to meet project and customer requirements.
• Deliver remote technical assistance and collaborate with the field service team to resolve system issues effectively.
• Prepare accurate service documentation, including reports, updated drawings, and technical logs.
• Support the sales team with technical input and manage associated pre- and post-service administrative tasks.
