Roles & Responsibilities

Role : Drafter cum BIM Modeller (Electrical Trade)
Address : Ang Mo Kio Tech 1 [ Few Bus Stop from AMK MRT ]
5.5 Days - 44 Hours Per Week
Basic Salary : $3,500 - $4,500 + Variable Bonus

About the Role

Responsible for developing electrical shop drawings, coordinating BIM models, and ensuring all documentation aligns with project and regulatory standards, plays a key role in the successful delivery of building and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed 2D and 3D electrical drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit MEP .

Produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documents for systems such as :

Lighting & Power

Single-Line Diagrams (SLD)

Lightning Protection Systems (LPS)

Underground Piping

ELV systems (e.g., CCTV, Card Access, EVC)

Coordinate with other disciplines (Mechanical, Structural, Architectural) via BIM tools such as Navisworks .

Attend BIM coordination meetings; identify and resolve clashes in the model.

Maintain and update BIM models based on design revisions and site conditions.

Ensure compliance with BCA BIM standards and project-specific requirements.

Work closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Maintain accurate documentation and drawing records.

Requirements

Diploma certification in Electrical Engineering , Building Services , or related field.

Minimum 3 years of drafting and BIM modelling experience in the electrical or M&E construction industry .

Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit MEP .

Knowledge of Singapore construction codes and standards .
