Assist in monitoring day to day financial operations within the company to ensure transactions comply with SOPs
Render support in credit monitoring (eg preparing and updating of aging regularly and sending them to and follow up with customer account stakeholders for action)
Render support in the preparation of management reports and financial schedules
Render support in payroll preparations
Render support in audit enquiries
any other adhoc duties within the Accounts & Admin team
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and account software
Strong attention to details and good organization skills
Able to work independently and in a team environment
