Who We Are Looking For

The Director, Product Training will be responsible for creating, executing, and the ongoing development of training strategies across the assigned product portfolio. They will ensure all hands-on users of the applications are well-equipped to utilize our products to their full potential, leading to increased engagement and success.

The role will report to the VP, Product Training, and will work in partnership with subject matter experts in the Product & Engineering pillar, in collaboration with other Enablement functions such as Product Marketing and Support, and with regional teams to deliver a consistent and compelling training offering across the product portfolio.

The Director will lead a team of Product Trainers who identify training needs and develop curricula and learning content for various audiences across the product portfolio.

What Will You Do

Implement the Product Training vision and oversee the overall training roadmap to deliver effective, comprehensive product training programs that promote adoption and effective usage of our applications.
Ensure training programs are consistent across all regions, achieving objectives, delivering the same message, and using uniform materials.
Collaborate with Product team SMEs to understand product functionality, features, and benefits, translating this knowledge into engaging training materials suitable for different learning styles and scalable across multiple products and user segments using various delivery methods such as e-learning, self-help materials, knowledge base content, web tutorials, and workshops.
Identify training needs and user challenges, developing strategies to address these areas.
Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve offerings based on data and feedback.
Coordinate with Enablement and Marketing teams to develop supporting materials and communication strategies to enhance user knowledge and skills.
Build, lead, and motivate a team of training specialists aligned with Choreograph Product and Engineering goals.
Stay updated on new product developments and ensure training content is current.
Design and execute innovative training approaches, leveraging external best practices and identifying opportunities for learning initiatives that drive business results.

What Will You Need

Proven experience in a leading Product Training role.

Extensive experience in training needs assessment, content design, curriculum development, and program coordination, with a track record of driving end-user adoption.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles, modern training techniques, and measurement frameworks.

Familiarity with product development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and project management.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Experience in developing and managing diverse teams across organizations.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Ability to influence and align cross-functional, multi-geographical teams.
