What is expected from this role to start with?

This is an on-site Singapore-based individual contribution role that will own-up the Technology Recruitment / IT talent search for new / existing named client accounts of the incumbent . Primarily, the focus is on technology talent search services to meet our clients' requirements.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Proactively approach potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients and roles to ensure consistent business growth.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategies.
  • Negotiate terms of business and manage client accounts to achieve mutual success.
  • Candidate Management

  • Source, attract, and assess technology professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Past experience in sourcing Data & AI skilled professionals shall be a big plus.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial contact to successful onboarding.
  • Recruitment Delivery

  • Collaborate with clients and internal recruitment consultants (in India and SG).
  • Manage the recruitment process, including shortlisting, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication between clients and candidates.
  • Market Knowledge and Reporting

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices.
  • Provide daily reports & market intelligence to internal stakeholders and updates on recruitment progress to clients.
  • Who shall fit-in the best for this role?

    Incumbent must have at least 5 years of total experience in full life cycle talent acquisition / executive search / recruitment of active and passive IT professionals and in client account management.

  • A graduate degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, a related field, or any business / HR / engineering discipline is a prerequisite.
  • Client account management for permanent technology recruitment (270 degree) or 360 permanent technology recruitment experience within Singapore is mandatory for this role.
  • Essential soft-skills include outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous, aptitude for learning about various technology tools / systems and a can-do / results-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically source and judiciously screen candidates to pinpoint the ideal fit for our clients.
  • Proficiency in engaging with potential talents, adopting a consultative approach to understand their career aspirations, and aligning candidates' ambitions with our clients' project offerings.
  • Independently contributing to the entire candidate journey with a disciplined approach, from sourcing to onboarding and seamless client interaction are key aspects of the role.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning are mandatory for our organizational culture and the demands of the clients we serve.
  • Capability to work towards meeting revenue performance goals.
  • A fervor for delivering results to grow portfolio of services to clients, coupled with discipline, focus, perseverance, and resourcefulness, is highly valued.
