SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Position Summary :

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the overall sales and marketing strategy to expand our catering services to corporate and public clients. This includes managing the sales team, analyzing market trends, and developing and executing marketing campaigns. The Sales and Marketing Manager will also be responsible for maintaining key client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement the overall sales and marketing strategy for the company
• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities
• Participate and secure catering contracts from government tenders and corporate companies' tenders
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products and services
• Maintain relationships with key clients and partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
• Prepare and present reports on sales and marketing metrics to senior management
