The Senior Manager, Strategy, is a pivotal role responsible for driving high-impact strategic initiatives to unlock value, enhance supply chain and logistics operations, and support the business growth of YCH Group across the APAC region, with a focus on Cambodia. This role involves leading strategic projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Projects Leadership
Lead the execution of strategic initiatives and customer engagement activities across APAC, with a strong emphasis on Cambodia.
Develop and implement plans to optimize supply chain operations and strengthen client relationships.
Identify and drive new business opportunities in key accounts to support revenue growth and profitability.
Conduct market research, financial analysis, and operational assessments to guide strategic decision-making.
Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and presentations for effective project delivery.
Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure the successful and timely execution of strategic projects.
Design and execute market entry and exit strategies to support business expansion initiatives.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
Lead M&A activities, including identifying potential targets, conducting due diligence, and assessing acquisition opportunities.
Participate in negotiations and oversee post-merger integration to achieve synergies and maximize value.
Public Affairs & Stakeholder Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, consultants, and financial institutions.
Drive government relations, funding applications, and corporate initiatives to support strategic objectives.
Plan and manage high-profile corporate events, including groundbreaking ceremonies, product launches, and facility openings.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, strategic project management, or related roles.
Deep understanding of supply chain management, including transportation, warehousing, customs, and import / export logistics.
Strong analytical, research, and project management skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Solid knowledge of M&A processes, including target identification, due diligence, and integration.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Good verbal and written English, fluence in Mandarin to support the China entities
