Works Closely With : Chief of Staff, Department Heads across Medical, Fitness, F&B, Hospitality, and Recovery, Learning and Development Manager, Finance, Compliance, External HR tech and recruitment partners
As the HR Business Partner at LLMG, you will own both HR operations and people strategy. You'll be instrumental in shaping the people engine that powers our mission.
In the pre-opening phase , you will focus on laying the foundation - leading talent acquisition, setting up our HRIS, building compliant policies and workflows, and applying for relevant government grants. You'll also collaborate closely with the GM to design our compensation structure, curate talent planning frameworks, and shape career development pathways.
In the post-opening phase , your focus will evolve to coaching and capability-building. You'll lead performance calibration sessions, support managers in evaluating and developing their teams, and ensure alignment to our Operating Principles and brand values.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Opening Phase : Build and Implement
HR Operations and Infrastructure
- Set up and implement a fully integrated HRIS covering recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and analytics
- Develop and maintain scalable HR policies, employee handbooks, job documentation, and compliance frameworks
- Lead applications for government grants and HR-related funding schemes
- Ensure audit-readiness and regulatory compliance from day one
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across all functions, including clinical, service, hospitality, and wellnessDesign structured recruitment flows that reflect LLMG's brand and valuesLead mass hiring campaigns to support large team ramp-up within tight timelinesEngage with external recruitment partners to meet volume and quality hiring targetsCompensation, Benefits, and Career Development

Performance and Team Development
Lead quarterly performance calibration meetings in partnership with the GM and department headsSupport managers in evaluating team members, giving feedback, and coaching aligned with LLMG's Operating PrinciplesCreate rituals and systems that reinforce a growth mindset and performance cultureManager Enablement and Strategic HR Partnership

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related fieldMinimum 5 to 8 years of experience across both HR operations and HR strategyProven success managing large-scale recruitment projects with short turnaround timesExperience setting up HR systems, designing policies, and applying for workforce-related grantsDeep knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and HR complianceStrong ability to design compensation frameworks, career paths, and talent planning toolsSkilled in conducting performance conversations, calibrations, and manager coachingStrategic mindset with operational discipline and strong stakeholder management experienceDeep alignment with LLMG's mission and a passion for building values-led cultures
