Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (AWS)

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, the candidate will design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure for government digital services. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies to build robust cloud solutions while ensuring compliance with government security standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Cloud Architecture & Design

Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions
Architect secure, highly available systems on cloud platforms
Develop infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform
Create and maintain cloud architecture documentation
Design disaster recovery and business continuity solutions

Infrastructure Development

Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines

Build automated deployment processes

Develop infrastructure monitoring solutions

Create and maintain container orchestration systems

Implement security controls and compliance measures

Security & Compliance

Implement security best practices for cloud infrastructure

Ensure compliance with government security standards

Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scanning

Implement encryption and access control measures

Maintain security documentation and controls

Operations & Maintenance

Monitor and optimise cloud infrastructure performance

Manage cloud costs and resource utilisation

Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues

Implement logging and monitoring solutions

Conduct regular system health checks

Automation & DevOps

Develop automation scripts and tools

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices

Create and maintain CI / CD pipelines

Automate routine operational tasks
