Our client, a leading organization in the services industry, is embarking on a significant multi-year transformation journey. As part of this initiative, they are seeking an experienced SAP Program Director to oversee the successful delivery of a large-scale program, with SAP S / 4HANA and SuccessFactors at its core.

Responsibilities :

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall program plan and coordinating across multiple workstreams to ensure cohesive execution. You will lead the full program lifecycle, from initiation and design through to deployment and post-go-live support. A key part of your role will involve working closely with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive alignment, manage expectations, and deliver business outcomes. You will also provide strategic direction to the leadership team, ensuring that the ERP transformation remains on track, within budget, and aligned with broader business goals.

Requirements :

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified, with at least 10 years of experience leading complex, enterprise-wide ERP transformation programs. Consultancy experience is a plus. You will have a proven track record in delivering SAP S / 4HANA and SuccessFactors implementations, with deep understanding of ERP architecture, functionality, and how these systems support and enhance core business processes. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
