Develops managers to recruit sales representative with the capability to access its desired target market.

Implementing developmental and motivational activities to increase productivity and competence.

Coordinates Training and Development unit for developmental programs.

Implements and promotes sales drives and campaigns.

Requirement

• Minimum A Level / Local Diploma in any field
• Proficiency in English
• No work experience required
• Minimum age requirement : 21 years old (MAS requirement)
• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
• Good project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
