Senior IT Application Project Manager (Agile) - Public Sector

Job Title : Senior IT Project Manager Location : Singapore Type : Full Time Reports to : Director of IT Project Management Job Overview : We are looking for an experienced and certified Senior IT Project Manager to lead high-impact technology projects across the organization. This role requires strong project leadership capabilities, with a focus on Agile delivery and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate must hold a Scrum Master certification and have a successful track record managing complex IT projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level IT projects across applications and digital platforms.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
• Apply Agile principles and Scrum methodology to manage sprints, backlogs, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track progress against goals, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely communication to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals, compliance, and governance standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party delivery partners where applicable.
