Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Clinical Leadership : Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and best practices.
Staff Management : Recruit, train, and manage nursing staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and fostering professional development.
Patient Care : Oversee patient care delivery to ensure safety, efficiency, and a high standard of care.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with local, national, and accreditation standards, including infection control and safety regulations.
Policy Implementation : Develop and enforce clinical policies and procedures to optimize operations and maintain quality standards, including ISO Class 7
Collaboration : Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and improve workflows.
Quality Assurance : Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient outcomes, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Emergency Preparedness : Lead efforts in planning and executing emergency protocols and training for clinical staff.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Surgical / Perioperative) Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in [Singapore].
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within an ASC or surgical setting.
Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, accreditation standards, and healthcare regulations.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and operational software.
