Job Description
Our Client is a Japanese HR Company. They are currently looking for a Manager, the main responsibility is to provide services related to HR consulting, advice on various labor issues, and other HR related services to clients, mainly in the Asia Oceania region. This position requires the candidate to provide advice and guidance to junior members in the preparation, execution and completion of projects related to HR consulting.
Responsibilities 】
1) Execute HR Consulting Projects
- Develop and design HR strategies, policies, and initiatives; grade, remuneration, performance management, talent management, succession planning, etc., to solve clients’ issues
- Conduct analysis, including job evaluation, and identify clients’ current state and issues
- Execute the whole HR consulting project; make a proposal, plan the whole schedule, arrange meetings, lead, facilitate communication with clients and stakeholders, create deliverables, and close the project
- Provide advice on miscellaneous labor issues in each country in partnership with local experts and the legal department
- Participate in client's Global and Regional (Asia Oceania) HR Initiatives
- Take part in executing the client's global and regional HR initiatives in cooperation with CRO, group HQ, and our Corporation
- Support client's overseas offices mainly in the Asia Oceania Region in operations such as appraisal process, salary & bonus review, promotion review, training of HR managers / staff at each office
2) Relationship Management
Build trustful relationships with clients, partners, parent companies and other stakeholdersAny other ad hoc or additional and / or related tasks or duties e.g., assisting recruitment of the group companies, as per delegated by the ManagementQualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources5–10 years of HR regional consultancy experience from a reputable HR consulting firmHands-on experience in project management on internal and external HR policy / system design, grading frameworks, compensation structures, evaluation systems, and talent management initiativesHighly fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) – proficiency in speaking, listening, and writing is essential to liaise effectively with English- and Japanese-speaking stakeholdersStrong presentation and analytical skills (able to create materials, interpret data, and explain recommendations)3 years of experience leading small teams or supervising consultants for successful projectsAdvantageous)
Prior consulting experience with clients in the manufacturing, trading, or real estate sectorsHas regional exposure to Asia and Oceania, specifically to Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore, or similarPrior experience handling Japanese clients or corporationsEnglish Level
