HR Responsibilities :

  • Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
  • Prepare employment contracts and coordinate new hire onboarding
  • Handle Work Pass application, renewal, cancellation, and other related matters
  • Maintain accuracy of employee records, including all other HR related documents
  • Organising Company Events and staff wellbeing activities
  • Assist in administering employee benefits, insurance, and claims
  • Support Payroll processing - data collection and submission

Administration Responsibilities :

  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office maintenance
  • Support Issuance of PO / PR for office (non-fleet)
  • Perform any other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects delegated from management and superior
