Description
HR Responsibilities :
Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
Prepare employment contracts and coordinate new hire onboarding
Handle Work Pass application, renewal, cancellation, and other related matters
Maintain accuracy of employee records, including all other HR related documents
Organising Company Events and staff wellbeing activities
Assist in administering employee benefits, insurance, and claims
Support Payroll processing - data collection and submission
Administration Responsibilities :
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general office maintenance
Support Issuance of PO / PR for office (non-fleet)
Perform any other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects delegated from management and superior
