Job description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for updating the omnibus clients accounts and preparation of statements & transaction advices.
  • Assist in monthly calculation of investment return and distribution of payouts to clients / investors.
  • Review Fund NAV reports and liaise with fund administrators on fund accounting matters.
  • Assist with Fund audits and review of draft FS.
  • Assist with preparatory work relating to regulatory reporting (e.g. MAS / DOS Surveys)
  • Ensure proper filing and record keeping of documents.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance, LCCI or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates. Preferably with full set accounts experience, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience in an accounting or finance function.
  • Knowledgeable in understanding and reviewing financial statements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office programs.
  • Meticulous and organized.
  • Able to act and operate independently with minimum supervision to accomplish tasks and meet assigned deadlines.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Those with experience in asset management industry will be highly regarded.
