Job descriptionDegree in Accounting or Finance, LCCI or equivalent. Fresh graduates. Preferably with full set accounts experience, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience in an accounting or finance function. Knowledgeable in understanding and reviewing financial statements. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office programs. Meticulous and organized. Able to act and operate independently with minimum supervision to accomplish tasks and meet assigned deadlines. Excellent documentation skills. Those with experience in asset management industry will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for updating the omnibus clients accounts and preparation of statements & transaction advices.
- Assist in monthly calculation of investment return and distribution of payouts to clients / investors.
- Review Fund NAV reports and liaise with fund administrators on fund accounting matters.
- Assist with Fund audits and review of draft FS.
- Assist with preparatory work relating to regulatory reporting (e.g. MAS / DOS Surveys)
- Ensure proper filing and record keeping of documents.
