Job descriptionMin 5 years in Manufacturing industry (Manager position would be consider for candidate with more exp) Exp in pharmaceutical (GMP) Positive attitude and willing to learn Able to work as a team.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality control.
- Plan and carry out production activities, including manpower allocation.
- Communicate with warehouse and quality control teams regarding material availability, release of herbal plants, packaging materials, intermediate, and finished products per SOPs.
- Provide clear production instructions and ensure proper implementation.
- Ensure staff are appropriately qualified and trained to perform their job responsibilities while maintaining the document management system.
- Monitor production outputs and validate process performance.
