The Role

Key Responsibilities :

• Shipment Coordination : Assist in scheduling and tracking shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Inventory Management : Monitor and update stock levels, process incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintain accurate records.
• Order Processing : Handle purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Supplier & Carrier Liaison : Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and freight carriers to resolve delays or issues.
• Warehouse Support : Assist in organizing storage, checking product quality, and implementing proper handling procedures.
• Data Entry & Reporting : Maintain logistics databases, generate reports, and provide insights for operational improvements.
• Compliance & Safety : Ensure all logistics activities adhere to safety standards, company policies, and government regulations.
• Customer Support : Address logistics-related inquiries, resolve delivery discrepancies, and provide tracking updates.
