We are partnering with a leading IT Services firm who is looking for a dynamic Sales Director to join their team in Singapore. You will take lead in winning new logos, managing strategic accounts, and driving high-value opportunities across the region. This is a critical role for a tenacious hunter who excels in building C-level relationships and closing large, multi-year deals in a competitive market.
Responsibilities :
- Own and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and drive regional growth
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities across Singapore and Southeast Asia
- Engage CXOs and senior stakeholders with a consultative sales approach to understand needs and position tailored IT solutions
- Collaborate with internal solution and delivery teams to drive deals across the full sales lifecycle – from lead qualification to contract closure
- Champion the company’s IT services portfolio, including systems integration, managed services, cloud, and digital transformation
- Present compelling value propositions, proposals, and pricing strategies to secure long-term partnerships
- Contribute to regional growth plans and support expansion into new industry verticals or markets
Requirements :
15+ years of experience in IT services sales, with a strong focus on strategic account growth in Singapore and Southeast AsiaProven ability to hunt and close large deals (ideally SGD 50M+), especially with new enterprise clientsStrong network of C-level contacts and experience selling to multinational corporationsBackground in complex solution selling with experience in firms, ideally in a consulting environmentExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makersHighly driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related fieldWhy Join?
