Job description

Responsibilities

1. Drive and manag e Risk and Controlernance Forums

E nsure effectiveness through defining agenda by engaging key cross functional / locational stakeholders
Enable / facilitate key risk decisions / approval process on key risk areas.

2. Perform risk reviews to id entify key risks and a ss ess key risks focus areas

Analyse risk profile of Operations units which involves reviewing risk metrics, risk events, audit results etc with the aim to identify recurring risk themes / risk concerns

Perform risk reviews and c ollaborate effectively with key stakeholders to identify initiatives on mitigation plans.

3 . Lead, d esign and drive establishment of risk landscapes / dashboards / metrics into risk control tower

Design and drive establishment of risk metrics across O perations units to enable review of key risk profiles and positions through automation and data visualisation.

Enhance metrics reporting through data visualisation techniques.

4. L ead or participate in Operational Risk Management Initiatives / Projects

L ead or participate in initiatives / projects contributing to improvements in ri sk and control and quality involving multiple stakeholders.

Requirements :

Minimum 8 years of experience in an O perations or O perational r isk m anagement role, preferably in a banking or financial institution.

Ability to manage, influence andmunicate effectively with different stakeholders

Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and fast changin g environment and and keep pace with rapid changes in business Strong analytical skills to review and analyse dat a , s avvy with usage of dat a visualisation tools eg Qlikview or Tableau Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel and Powerpoint
