Senior IT Specialist

Responsibilities

Responsible for the support and maintenance of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and its B2B integrations between customer systems and WMS

• Provide user support up to 2nd level support and troubleshooting for any issue related to WMS, B2B integrations and all associated programs in accordance to target SLA
• Liaise with WMS vendor to resolve any issue that cannot be solved at 2nd level
• Responsible to customize basic B2B integrations between customer systems and WMS
• Review RFQ requirements and partner with Sales and Marketing team to provide solutions and process integration that can assist in securing contracts
• Partner with Products and Operations Excellence teams on continuous improvement projects in relations to system to improve work efficiency
• Partner with system vendor for appropriate updating, upgrading and enhancement of system
• Serve as system subject matter expert and conduct regular user training in relations to assigned software
• Ensure user access termination for departing employees, consultants, auditors or any external party granted access
• Ensure company policies & procedures, confidentiality, legal and ethical guidelines, such as Delegation of Authority are clearly communicated and adhered to
• Observe and abide by the TSS-QEHSM-01.6 Roles, Responsibilities and Authorities outline in the QEHS Manual
